Month of Saturdays - Special offer
Both Heather and Cath have their own home studios. They are based in the lovely rural areas of Higher Bartle (Heather) and Goosnargh (Cath).
Heather's Studio
Heather already has her room ready for action in the beautiful area of Higher Bartle, offering mat classes taking traditional mat routines and adding small Pilates equipment: the Pilates Circle, resistance band, small Pilates ball or stability ball.

Cath's Studio
Based in the charming village of Goosnargh, Cath's studio is nearing completion!
She is busy decorating, moving and shifting years of hording to convert one of her rooms into her studio. Like Heather’s Studio it will be available for either individuals or duets again using small Pilates.
A full range of long-term conditions and fitness aspirations can be accommodated with the addition of a new piece of fixed equipment called the Springboard. Think resistance bands attached to the wall with handles!

Month of Saturdays - Open Day Special offer...
I had many emails from people who were not able to attened, but who were very interested in the Springboard. If you would like to have a 'play' on the Springboard, please contact me and we can arrange a time for you to try it out!!
On the Open Day I had a Special offer - 4 x 1-hour sessions on Saturdays using the Spring board for just £95.00 (normal price £140.00).
Several people took this offer up, with others getting back to me.
As you are all current class members I am able to open the offer for you - but just for 10 days.
After this time the offer will be withdrawn and all classes on the Springboard will revert to their normal price.
NB you do not need to take the sessions immediately, just book them within the next 10 days...
