Specialist Pilates classes are held at the Studio in Goosnargh.
These are unique courses which cover topics not easily taught in the general classes - there is always more to teach when someone has a particular injury or condition, and there never seems to be enough time in the class!
All of the above Pilates courses can help relive symptoms, improve function and quality of life.
