When you first attend a Pilates class you will hear a whole new vocabulary of words, but even if you have been coming a while there might still be the odd phrase that leaves you mystified.
There will be some words and phrases you will intuitively understand, but there are also those that will leave you scratching your head and reaching for a Pilates book. Also, depending on your teachers training they might have their own words or phrases that help clarify what move/feeling is required. I know I do!!
