Video homework is now featuring widely within the classes - this is a free service to all those attending Experience Pilates classes!

Pilates is for everyone, says Cath Hopkinson - a Fitness educator with more than 19 years experience under her belt. Dedicating herself to Pilates for the last ten years, Cath has Pilates classes for every ability and level. Having access to many pieces of small equipment plus the areas only Spring Board, she can customise workouts specifically to you.

Through Experience Pilates, Cath teaches both groups and individuals, with the aim of helping clients work on both their bodies and their minds.

The benefit?

Cath promises that with regular practice, you'll not only start to see long, strong muscles (which give you a svelte silhouette) but you'll also have a sense of well-being and relaxation!

Cath is also studying part time at the University of Salford for her BSc (Hons) Degree in Physiotherapy, and becoming a Chartered Physiotherapist.
